As you may be aware, we have a range of activities to promote well-being on our learning platform Seesaw. We have yoga, mindfulness activities and even nature challenges to promote learning outdoors. Check this out online for whole school and year group based activities.
If you would like to talk to your child directly about mental health and well-being, the council website has a project called ‘SMILE‘, which has been developed with West Hove Infants as a tool kit for families. We hope you are safe and well.
Best wishes, the PSHE team
